In order to receive our FCO, Please revert completed Letter of Intent (LOI) form to us
either via email or fax with the name, location and fax number of the buyer or their mandate.
Our procedure (negotiable) is as follows :
1. Seller's representative issues FCO
2. Buyer signs and returns FCO and banking details
3. Seller's representative issues draft contract
4. Buyer signs and returns draft contract
5. Buyer issues pre-advice of L/C
6. Seller issues proof of product and 2% non-operative PBG based on L/C value
7. Buyer issues operative L/C within 48 hours of receiving PBG
8. Buyer and seller agree on lifting schedule
9. Delivery as per contract Please only revert if you are ready to accept the above terms.
